    Oh my god you’re SO RIGHT! I usually end up just making the board my meal because I’m perfectly ok with meat and cheese as being all that I eat… but I LOVE the addition of the salad! So smart!

    What’s not to LOVE about this gorgeous presentation? Whether as an appetizer or a light meal….SO many possibilities.
    Definitely a favourite at the cottage in summertime too…No clean up as you mentioned.. Just assemble and enjoy!!
