Your dishes area almost too beautiful to eat! The combination really is perfect and there are sweet potatoes! Swoon!! 🙂
🙂
Wow, Linda, this is one of my favorite salads you’ve made. I love all the sweet comforting foods mixed with the earthy cheese, chicken, lettuce and walnuts. Wow and sooo yum.
Wow! Thanks Megan. That’s a super compliment!
What a perfect lunch idea! Have you found any easy ways to cut sweet potatoes? They are hard to cut, especially to peel!
No. Even with a really sharp knife they are hard!
Looks tasty! I love candied nuts in salads- makes it seem so special!
